Aww Bot - Privacy Policy

1. Information Collection: The "aww" bot collects and stores the following information when users interact with it:
   • Time Info: The Date and Time when the command was used.
   • Channel Info: The Channel ID and Channel Name where the command was used.
   • Guild (Server) Info: Server ID, Name, Description, Member Count, Region, Features, Shard ID, Verification Level, Joined Timestamp, Boost Count, Boost Tier, Default Message Notifications, Explicit Content Filter, MFA Level, Vanity URL Code, Banner, Premium Tier & Premium Subs Count.
2. Use of Information: The information collected by the "aww" bot as stated above is used solely for Analytics and Debugging purposes. The collected information is not shared or sold to any third-party entity unless required by law.
3. Retention of Information: The information collected by the "aww" bot is stored securely on a private Channel of a private Discord Server for a period of 30 days. After 30 days, the information is deleted permanently and cannot be recovered.
4. Data Subject Rights: Users have the right to request access to the information collected by the "aww" bot and to request its deletion. Users may contact the bot owner to exercise their rights.
5. Security: The "aww" bot is hosted on a server of "Microsoft Azure Cloud" at East-US Zone, which have security measures in place to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches. 6. Third-Party Services: The "aww" bot may use third-party services, such as Reddit API, to fetch pet pictures from r/aww subreddit.
